For any purchase using Sezzle. Effective April 27th, 2021

  • Any refund issued will be subject to a 6.5% fee, regardless of the reason for the refund.  This includes order cancellation.

 

Any products marked as "Final Sale" do not qualify for refunds, credits or returns.

Unused and unopened items purchased from Lula Beauty Store may be returned to Lula Beauty Store for store credit or refund, given that your returned item meets the criteria listed below:

  • All returns must be pre-authorized by Lula Beauty Store.  
  • Merchandise must be in its original condition and include original packaging and must be UNOPENED.
  • Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receiving of your shipment.      Email orders@LulaBeauty.com
  • We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from Lula Beauty Store
  • A re-stocking fee of up to 20% can be applied to all returns and is up to the discretion of the store manager.
  • All items on sale are final sale. This includes discounted items and clearance items, as well as Discontinued items.

 Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs if it was the customer’s error.

  • If the item being returned is damaged, defective, or if the incorrect item was sent, then a return shipping label will be provided at no expense to the customer.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE THEY ARE SHIPPED. Any unauthorized returns are not the responsibility of Lula Beauty Store and will not be accepted.

Any discrepancy's resulting in a credit or refund must be reported to Lula Beauty Store within 7 days from the received date.

 

Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable Policy

Lula Beauty Store will not exchange or provide an in-store credit for items returned more than 7 days after the delivery date. We will not accept the return of opened items (unless items are defective or damaged upon receipt).

  • **The following items are EXEMPT from being returned for sanitary reasons:
    • Gel Brushes **Exceptions can be made for defective product and is up to the discretion of the store manager
    • Stamping Polish
    • Gel polish
    • Implements
    • Sanitation products
