We have many shipping options available for your convenience. Please note that unless it clearly states tracked, then the shipping option is not tracked and you will not receive a tracking number.

Our fastest shipping option with tracking will be our CanPar service.

How do I qualify for Free Shipping?

  • You qualify for free shipping when your paid total ( after discounts not including taxes ) is equal to or more than $150 {Within Canada}

How long will it take to get my Lula Beauty products once they are shipped?

Since the global pandemic, Parcel Carriers are no longer guaranteeing delivery times.

  • This is not an easy question to answer! We do not have control of the products once they leave our facility!
  • We offer Canada Post standard shipping. Shipping time varies depending on the¬†province we are shipping to. It can take as little as¬†1 day and up to 14¬†days depending on the distance from a main postal hub. We make every effort to ship within 48 hours once an order is made however, allow 24-48 hours for processing Monday to Friday.
  • We offer¬†CanPar 2-3 days shipping (3-7 days to the ONT / QB) and again, allow 24-48 hours for processing Monday to Friday.¬†This service does not deliver to rural road addresses, or P.O. Boxes.¬†¬†Choosing this service for invalid shipping locations will cause delays in processing, and will incure extra shipping fees.
  • We now offer FedEx International Economy (for orders outside of Canada) and¬†FedEx Ground for a premium fee (Within Canada)
